This stuff is so good I want to eat it straight from the container! I should always order two containers, one for the Florentines and one for me! And it's the best candied orange peel I've ever used.

The Candied Orange Peel's flavor is wonderful. I was skeptical in trying this product but decided to try it. I love King Arthur products and as I found out once more I was not unhappy with my decision to try something new from KA. Thank you for your loyalty to fine quality merchandise.

I use this orange peel in a white chocolate, cranberry spice cake that I made and unlike other orange pieces that get so hard when they are baked in the cake that people had asked me "are these nuts?" -- these wonderful orange bits stay soft and perfectly flavored. Please don't ever stop carrying them!

This candied orange peel is delicious right out of the container. It is not bitter, it is not syrupy, and best of all, it tastes like oranges! There is no trace of chemical taste because it is only orange peel and sweeteners. I would be very happy snacking on it, but I do try to save it for special-occasion breads (panettone, stollen, hot cross buns, etc.). I am very happy to have this available. The Candied Orange Peel I received from King Arthur Flour was so fresh. The aroma when I opened the package was wonderful. It tastes great in a Cranberry Coffeecake recipe.

I use this in my annual fruitcake and get rave reviews for it. The peel is so good, that I could (and do) eat it right out of the tub.
