These chips are a nice size and great flavor and texture. I added them to chocolate cookie dough, very nice flavor combination.

The only recipe that I have used these in are the Chocolate Espresso cookies, but those cookies are soooooo good they are worth every ingredient they require! Happy baker!

I bought these out of curiosity. They worked fine in cookies, but I wanted to see if I could use them for truffles. While it be chef error, the consistency did not come out as I had hoped. However, I used the ganache as a filing in a devil's food cake, along with a chocolate ganache between another layer and then covered the cake in a chocolate glaze. The cake was amazing!! Not at all good for the waistline, but absolutely addicting! Give them a try.
