Great pan. I used the chocolate shortbread recipe from the included booklet (great customer service from KAF--the wrong booklet was originally sent with my order, and when I emailed they sent the correct one right away.) It unmolded easily (I used the everbake spray) and held the impression well. Love the pattern.

Beautiful shortbread! It unmolds with a slight rap. I shared my first shortbread batch with friends and they all loved it. It cleans very easyily too!
