I had never encountered cinnamon chips before seeing them in a King Arthur mix (I think it was the French Toast scone mix). The scones were delicious, but I prefer doing everything I can from scratch, so I ordered a bag of these and made my own scones. They were fantastic. I've found that these melt into tiny pockets of mellow cinnamon-y sweetness. Very appealing. I've only used them in scones so far, but I can see that they would go well in many things. Their small size works really well, too; any bigger and I think they might be a little much. I'm looking forward to ordering more.

I love these chips--I use them in my wheat/oat cinnamon scones and what a difference they make! How refreshing to find cinnamon chips that actually have cinnamon in them ;)

These are fantastic! I've used them in muffins and pancakes, and my daughter eats them right out of the bag or sprinkled on a mound of whipped cream.

I used these in your cinnamon scone recipe, and they were so good, my husband wouldn't let me give any away like I normally do! I'll be sure to order more of these. Even though they melted a bit, they chopped up nicely and worked great!!

These are absolutely the best...the flavor is exceptional. I didn't get the "cool-pack" for shipment ...living in North Dakota with the temps in the 70's, I thought I was safe, yet they did slightly melt together. It easily broke into many small pieces which I have used in the Cinnamon Chip Loaf. It turned out an amazing swirled cinnamon loaf with heavier deposits of cinnamon throughout the loaf which the "Hubs" absolutely loves. By the way, KAF's Cinnamon Chip Loaf recipe is one of the very best Cinnamon Bread recipes I have tried.

WOW! Excellent tasting. These are so yummy in the scone mixes. I use them as add ins to the plain scottish oat and vanilla cream mixes. Very tasty! I too plan on keeping these in the freezer for all season use.

Oh my goodness! I've held off buying these because I absolutely hate the ones in the grocery store, but after reading reviews, decided to take a chance. My only regret is that I didn't order them sooner. They are fantastic. I can see all my baked goods will be sporting cinnamon chips now because I love them so.

Excellent tasting chips. I put them in some baking items, and it melts in your mouth. They were less expensive when I first started buying the, but they have doubled in price. I've found less expensive on the internet.

These are wonderful flavor-packed little gems. If you have a bread machine, try them in the Cinnamon Chip Loaf in KAF's recipes section, and be prepared for a warm-fuzzy loaf that will scent the whole house.
