I like the texture of this cinnamon-sugar mix EXCEPT I think it needs more cinnamon. When you eat it on toast you are mostly tasting the sugar in it. Other than that, very good.

This blend makes the best cinnamon toast -- fragrant cinnamon, very fine sugar, melts and sticks to your toast without clumping or falling off the bread -- it's just wonderful. Also heavenly on rice pudding. Buy the little glass bear shaker too so you always have some on the table!

Its great when you are making apple pie,apple sauce and sweet potatoes. I just love it and it stays fresh, goes a long way and the taste is unbeliveable. I always use it.
