I used the KAF "ceramic baker" for my first attempt. I was so pleased. They came out perfectly and were absolutely delicious! I always worry how things will turn out here at 4800 ft and this mix rose well and came out perfectly with no adjustments. I will definitely buy this mix again.

We just finished these for breakfast, very yummy. I prepared them yesterday afternoon since they need 2 1/2 hours of rising time, then refrigerated overnight and just baked this morning. Definately a fun and easy project with the children too.

I made these xmas eve. I proofed the yeast first to see if active-it was, but on first rising, didn't rise much. I put them in fridge overnight to slowly rise and then 3 hours out to finish rising before baking xmas day. Luckily all turned out well and everyone loved them!

My rolls came out gooey in the middle, I must have under baked them. Portion control is key, some of mine were bigger than others and unfortutely the big one burned on top and were gooey in the middle. the bake time written on the box was too long for my oven, the roll pan that came with mix was greased with just veg. oil and the rolls stuck a bit. My lack of experience didn't diminish the taste though. Does eating undercooked dough constitue a health hazzard?
Portion control IS key! It may also help to space out the rolls so the heat of the oven works to cook them - especially those in the center. We wouldn't recommend eating doughy yeast products. Irene @ KAF

Very easy to put together. I made minis, Divided the dough and filling in half, rolled each half very thin and spread with filling. Used floss to cut about 3/4", yield 35 mini cinnamon buns in a 9X13 pan. Excellent, thanks. Will use this again.

Wow! This was easier than anticipated. It's lighter and better than the bakery! House smelled wonderful and my husbnd wanted to eat them all at once-but I rationed them. Thanks for such a WONDERFUL product! I'm ordering again now!

"OMG these are awesome!" That was the critique of the 7 teenage boys who tried my first batch. These are very easy and better than bakery!
