I used this on Christmas cupcakes for my husbands office and was delighted when they didn't "melt" into the icing the way so many others do.

I use this to add a bit of sweetness and color to my yogurts. I sprinkle in about a tablespoon along with 1/8 tsp Tahitian vanilla and 1/8 tsp of either pomegranate, cran-raspberry, raspberry, or cherry flavor oil. The result is a delicious creamy yogurt that we eat every night for dessert.
