Wonderful for topping on quick breads and muffins, and I have used it instead of brown sugar because it has a mild taste. I get compliments from my husband whenever I use it on his favorite orange cranberry bread. He even requestedorange cranberry bread for his birthday yesterday,instead of his fav German chocolate cake. Try it, must be good, he offered to take me shopping this weekend. LOL

I regularly use this sugar sprinkled on top of half a grapefruit. With a bright Maraschino cherry in the center, this combination makes a healthy and beautiful presentation

This is a beautifully rich, textured brown sugar that bakes beautifully on top of muffins, lending them a surprisingly sweet crunch. It is a must have for all of my muffin baking these days.
