I actually haven't had a chance to use this yet, but my plan to use this in my mom's Red Velvet recipe. Can't wait to try it. Will enter another review when I get a chance to make that cake.

I love this product, however all my recipes call for non-dutched processed (natural cocoa). Any suggestions on how to convert?
For every 3 tablespoons of natural cocoa, add 1/8 teaspoon of baking soda to replicate dutched cocoa. ~Amy

The flavor is phenomenal! Very easy to use, i substituted like measures of this cocoa for flour in a buttermilk cake recipe and it was the best chocolate cake ever!

My husband and I used this Cocoa Rouge to make chocolate ice cream. It was fantastic! The color was spectacular. Great taste!

I used cocoa rouge for the first time on Easter Sunday when making a chocolate cake. It was fantastic and was told by several that it was the best chocolate cake they had ever eaten even though it was the same recipe I'd made many times. Bravo!
