Not up to par with my old press. A little disappointed. No plunger to pack the dough into the tube; only 2 recipes. I am sorry this is not working out for you. Please give customer service a call at 800.827.6836 and we would be happy to refund or exchange this.

Finally, a cookie press that really works. This is the fourth press I have purchased over my cookie-baking life. The others are in the "donate to charity" bag.

I use this press only once a year at Christmas time. The press works fine with no problems. My problem is with the quality of the product. After 3 uses, the screw on attachment on the barrel that holds the discs cracked rendering the press useless. The Swiss should stick to watches.

I love this cookie press! It's easy to use, cleans well, and has great attachments. I read the instructions and didn't grease the cookie sheets and I chilled them. Even my kids used it and it worked perfectly. They call it the "cookie gun." It's a must have!

I liked the quality of the machine and the variety of disks is terrific. It did take a little tinkering to get it working--I had to add extra flour to the recipe provided because otherwise the dough was just too creamy and "blobbed" on the cookie sheet. Also, I tried to use cookie sheets that I had put in the freezer (they said "cold cookie sheets) but they were too cold and the cookie wouldn't stick! All in all, I think I am going to enjoy having it. The cookies are delicious and it makes a lot of them!

I am a skeptical "spritzer". I adore the cookies and hate the presses. This year, I have tried the Cuisinart electric model and have had to return it! It was terrible. I called and talked to Mary at KAF in Customer Service. She is a fellow throw the spritz machine against the wall gal. She actually liked this model--- and USES it. I thought, ok, I can always return this machine to them, but I won't! Yes, these are tempermental cookies, but this machine WORKS! Really!! One click and I had a cookie-- and it wasn't even electric. Easy to clean, easy to use.. I had tears in my eyes. I can spritz again. All is good. Thank you Mary!! You were right. Excellent product.

I am so glad I purchased this cookie press. I own 2 others and this one out-performs the other two. Follow the directions that come with the press and you will be more than pleased. The recipe for the cookies is absolutely delicious as well. Nice assortment of discs, too.

This press works well. However, it is not for children or people with arthritic hands. Read the directions entirely and follow them or forget it. It worked for us.

My mother has this same cookie press and I have used it very successfully. There is a big learning curve to it though, starting with the right recipe at the right temperature. Resist all temptation to grease or otherwise line a baking sheet, if made right they won't stick anyway and you need them to be able to cling to the pan when you press them on. There are many other tips I could mention, but all are on technique and recipe, not the press. I love this press and found it easy to use and easy to clean (only a few parts really get dirty). When I finally have to give back my Mom's I will be getting this model!
