This nice, sturdy tool is perfect for small cookies. They come out all the same size and bake just like they're supposed to. It was always a guess and a messy one at that, to get the cookies on the tray. Not any more. I bought the teaspoon, tablespoon and 1/4 cup scoop and don't know what I did without them in my kitchen for the past 40 years.

Sturdy, yet easy to clean. I like the size for bite size cookies. It's perfect for cookies with rich ingredients, that I prefer in a small, but flavor filled bite.

Maybe I am using this wrong, but I really don't like this scoop at all! I'm right handed. I have carpal tunnel issues and thought this would be better than a scoop that uses my thumb. It's worse! The squeezing action on my hand is awful.

I've use the scoop once and it worked as expected- It was easy to fill, it fully released the dough each time and it cleaned up easily because I didn't let the dough dry before cleaning. Now, time and additional use will determine if it's also durable. If so, I plan on purchasing the many other sizes available.
