Love this mix. I always add a handful of additional dried cranberries, a squirt of vanilla extract, and a bit of orange zest (if I have an orange on the counter). Sprinkle coarse sugar on top before baking, for a sparkle.

I reviewed these back in January when they were my absolute favorite mix, but something has changed and its not just the packaging. There are a lot less cranberries than there used to be. The scone mix is the same but without a tangy cranberry in every bite, they are a lot less satisfying. Even my husband noticed and he never notices anything! I will have to add more cranberries to the rest of the mixes I have on hand but doubt I will order any more after this.

I love to make scones from scratch, but this mix beats any I've ever had! The amount of citrus is perfect and complements the dried cranberries beautifully! I use a medium scoop and bake smaller "drop" scones from this mix baking about 2 minutes less. Everyone who has tried them loves them!

Whole cranberries in the mix really make these delicious. I use the mini pan because everybody is watching calories these days and the minis are a great way to enjoy without going overboard.

This Mix is ab-fab! I doll it up even more by adding more orange zest, 2 T sugar, a few more dried cranberries, and a cup of chopped pecans. Yum, Yum. By adding the extra bit of milk suggested on the package directions, you can get about 24 cookies or 8 HUGE biscuits. It's a must have.

Found the mixes for scones and a good asst. of KA products at my local market. These scones were so easy to make and really delicious.

These scones are fantastic! I haven't found any mixes or bakery products to compare to them, particularly regarding their exquisite texture.
