I love it! I got this just in time for the holidays and it's been perfect for cocoa and homemade desserts. It's much easier than whipping cream the old fashioned way and we never end up wasting any.

Even if you are dairy free, this is a great product. Use canned coconut milk instead of whipping cream. For sweetened cream add powdered sugar and vanilla to taste.
