So easy. It's like making a mix cake only this one tastes like real ingredients! The coconut flavor in both the cupcakes and the frosting was unbelievably good. I got so many compliments when I served them (but I never 'fessed up that it was a mix).

Nice cupcakes. The only complaint, if you can call it that, is that the frosting makes much too much for these cupcakes. ...But there is always a use for leftover frosting.

My family LOVED these. The surprise was the cake had a toasted coconut flavor. I got two more cupcakes out of the mix than expected.

I'm not usually a fan of pre-mixes, but this one works very well. Cupcakes turned out with a good, moist, crumb, lots of flavor, and the icing complemented the cakes very well. All it needed was a bit of toasted coconut for topping. Will use this mix again!

Beautiful flavor and texture. If you love coconut, this is your mix! The smell alone was amazing...

I was really looking forward to these cupcakes, but - the icing was way too sweet and the cupcakes did have a wierd taste. I didn't like them at all ! Disappointed!

Made cupcakes. My husband was in heaven. I brought the rest of them to work and have had people begging me to make them again and again! PERFECT!!!
