First time using it and it is easier than a frying pan. After about the 5th crepe, I got the hang of swirling the batter and came out with nice round crepes. Very pleased with the results.

I bought this last fall and have used it several times a week since then--very easy to use. We make crepes, pancakes as well as many types of flat breads on the griddle. excellent addition to the kitchen.. My nine year old daugher loves to make her own crepes and "shows off" when her friends come over. I make up my own crepe master mix so its super easy to pull out of the pantry and use
