LOVE this item. I've had other items similar to this but the nonstick coating was anything but. The nonstick coating on this is OUTSTANDING. The versatility of flat or ribbed plates, press or laying flat to cook give this almost endless possibilities in your kitchen.

This is the BEST kitchen appliance I have purchased for myself. I use it for EVERYTHING. The clean up is so simple from sandwiches to steak, fish, pancakes. Everyone needs on of these

This has got to be one of my favorite appliances. Love it for just about anything. you can make a full brakfast on it (pancakes, eggs, sausage or bacon), grill your chickenbreast or veggies or go the panini route. Makes fantastic panini in fact.

I would give it 10 stars if i could! our gas range thermocouple went out and while waiting to have it replaced i used this to cook EVERYTHING and i do mean EVERYTHING. I love this little grill/press so much. I would not part with it for any amount of money. It is one quality product and worth every single penny!

The Griddler is one of my favorite small appliances. I make awesome crostini for appetizers, delicious pancakes, and of course the best paninis. After I purchased mine, my son, my brother, and my niece each purchased one! Having removable griddle plates makes cleaning so much easier. I have only one minor concern ? the panini plates have a little ?burnt on? oil build up ? which I?m not sure how to clean off without damaging the non-stick finish. That said, after many, many uses over the last 4 or 5 years, the Griddler still looks great and performs even better!
You could try a little orange oil on the plates, it works well at getting gunk off of many things. MJR @ KAF

my sister gave me this griddle/grill, something i never would've bought for myself, and i am sooo hooked on it...it's the most frquently used appliance in the kitchen: the two sets of plates are super-easy to clean (the plates come off unlike some other brands), the temp is easy to control, and i use it for everything from burgers to pancakes, grilled vegies to panini, and don't know what i'd do without it!

I love my Griddler. I live alone and sometimes it is too much trouble to heat a large grille. And being on a diet this makes for a quick and easy way to fix dinner that is low in calories in high in flavor. It is easy to clean and in general, probably one of the best kitchen appliances I have. Thanks for a chance to share!
