Used the processor for chopping nuts and vegetables and it does "chop". Small enough to leave on counter without taking up much space.

Perfect for chopping or mincing small quantities...very user friendly! I love using it for herbs, garlic and even fresh ground pepper. It even assembles easily which translates to cleaning easily.....good buy!

Got this today and was able to make a batch of cilantro pesto in about 5 minutes. The compact size is deceptive - it holds more than it looks like it would and easily processed a large bunch of cilantro. Small yet quick and powerful. Great new tool for my my tiny kitchen.

We love using this for small chopping, mincing, etc. jobs. Do not run it too long, or for bigger jobs, as it may tend to burn out the motor.

the cuisinart mini prep food processor works very well for grinding hard cheeses and for making sauces! give it a try!

this is a great little blender/chopper for small jobs. I purchased one elsewhere for more money. Oops!
