This is made well, but has a misleading description.It is useful for decorating with THIN sauces and gravies and such, but cannot handle frostings for decorating cookies, cakes and pastries. I was disappointed that a rather expensive tool will not do the job for which it was purchased.
The tip to this is removable for thicker frosting. It's ideally made for Royal Icing. If you'd like a refund, please to not hesitate to call us at 800-827-6836

I think it would work better with a thinner icing. I tried royal icing and the flow was too much for what I needed. I will try it again on my next venture.

It was a little hard to fill, but once we got the frosting inside, it was super easy and fun to decorate all of our cookies. Cleaning is a snap, because it comes completely apart to get out all that gooey icing.
