This makes the best chocolate pudding...if I use any other brand of cocoa powder, my husband wants to know why it just isn't as good as "normal". Wouldn't make a dessert -- candy, cake, pudding, cocoa -- with anything else.

I use this in all of my cakes. I usually bake birthday cakes at work and have had people comment how great the flavor is. This cocoa takes an ordinary chocolate cake and transforms it to something divine. I won't bake without it now.

We found this cocoa when we were looking for a natural cocoa, which I believed would be high in anti-oxidants. We make delicious decadent, diet-friendly hot cocoa by the cup with 1% milk, and Spenda. Makes great chocolate pudding too!
