I have to give you kudos on this one. I needed a fast treat to bake for a friend and had this mix on hand. I made it and gave it to her the next day. She sent me a memo today raving about "you know how to do chocolate right!" Obviously you do!! Thanks for another great product from KA Flour!

Perfect muffin texture, rich chocolate flavor without being overly sweet. A favorite of my 3 y.o. daughter to make and eat with her best friend! (With mommy's help, of course - but it doesn't take too much!)

Excellent chocolate flavor. I chose the method using oil rather than butter and it was so easy. Lovely texture, not too sweet but rich and delicious. The kitchen smelled wonderful while they were baking.
