A better pizza pan – made in the USA.

  • USA Pans is family-owned and committed to the highest standards of innovation, quality, and durability. Their pans have been used for decades by professional bakers; now they’re available to home bakers like you.
  • Anodized aluminum pizza pan offers superior bakeability. Dark pan browns crust better; and anodized aluminum is absolutely non-reactive, so acidic pizza sauce won’t produce any “off” flavors.
  • Pan features rolled edges with internal steel wires, for extra strength and good grippability.
  • This is a substantial, thick-gauge pan; it won’t warp or buckle, even in a 450°F oven.
  • 14” x 1 ½”-deep pan is the ideal size for your ultra-thick crust, or Chicago-style deep-dish pie.

Pizza pan's slanted sides made for easy removal of the pizza, unlike other deep dish pizza pans. Really enjoyed using the pan. The pizza cooked evenly.

I really liked this Pizza pan. I usually make Thin Crust Pizza using a pizza stone, but I wanted to expand to making great Deep Dish Pizza as well. I tried a number of Deep Dish Pizza pans, but this one was the best. It is very sturdy, and made excellent deep dish pizza. It browned the bottom of the crust very well, and the middle of the crust was still tender. I used King Arthur Flour's Deep Dish Pizza Crust recipe for my test. I hand-washed the pan and it was easy to clean. The only thing was how to get the Pizza out of the pan to cut it. I don't want to use a pizza cutter in the pan so that the finish is ruined. We ended up using a couple of spatulas to ease the pizza out and cut it.

All I can say is "wow.". The pan and KAF's recipe made for a fantastic presentation...already a family favorite.
