Wow, this really makes the rye or pumpernickel bread taste great without the seeds. My mom did not want to eat the the bread because she thought it had seeds and was surprised when she was told it had none. I add about 3/4 teaspoon into 5 - 6 cups of flour. THANKS for a great product :)

Without a doubt, this is what my homemade rye bread was missing. My rye was very good, but still missing the richness of the local bakery product. Now I know the secret!! Family members now crave the fresh rye bread.

This is the BEST for rye breads. I don't think making genuine rye bread is possible without this product. I love it and so does my family!

Really gives Rye Bread a nice deli rye bread flavor. I have made rye bread before and wondered what I need to do to get that true rye bread flavor, now I know....YUMMY! Very easy to use and economical, also.

I made KAF's seeded rye sandwich bread using this. It was the 1st loaf of rye bread I ever made. My husband was prepared to be underwhelmed. But he loved the flavor. Thanks for having this wonderful ingredient!
