very good for "rye" taste. I used 1 teaspoon for two loaves,i and it worked very well. It was almost too much because it is strong.

Fantastic flavor! I use one teaspoon added to the ingredients for light rye bread that came with my Zojirushi bread maker. Deli rye flavor and one tablespoon of caraway seeds give the bread a wonderful taste.

Yeast packaged like this was a great revelation. A great bargain compared to those little packets, and of course, did its job beautifully.

I used the deli rye flavor in 2 loaves at a family gathering. It was so popular that I ended up baking 12 additional loaves, using a variety of flours. I ran out of bread!

I really love this for my dill rye bread. I use 1T for a 4 cup recipe, and it is very flavorful, without being overpowering.
