For your pampered pup...
- Our own King Arthur Flour dog biscuit mix.
- Tasty (yes, we had our dogs taste-test it) and healthful.
- Features whole grains, brewer's yeast, beef extract, flax, garlic, dried whole eggs, &: a touch of salt
- We also add parsley for that doggie breath!
- Store cool & dry 2 months.
- May be kept in freezer up to 1 year.
- Note: To make dog biscuits with peanut butter, substitute 1/4 cup chunky peanut butter for 2 tablespoons of the oil called for in the mix.
WHY WE LOVE IT: Because we love our dogs. We’ve never yet met a dog who didn’t gobble up these biscuits, so we know they taste good. And we also know they’re healthy: no additives, no preservatives. After all, don’t you want your best (canine) friend to eat as healthy as you do?

There are a lot of reviews here from people, so we thought that you might like to hear something right from the dog's mouth. We are 2 Shelties who really love these cookies. Mom makes these for us all the time. She says she trusts the ingredients beause it's from KAF. The only bad thing about them is that Mom lets them sit in the oven overnight which means that the oven must be guarded at all times throughout the night. We're exhausted the next day, but the cookies are worth it. Incidentally, the cookies smell fabulous to us!
Well, we couldn't ask for anything more. Good doggies, Good Mom!

Not only was the mix simple to make, my very picky dogs LOVED the biscuits. I just wish this came in a bigger bag!

Both my boys love these dog biscuits. They are easy to make.

Sis called me up today to say she made a batch of the product I sent her for her old dog. He's gone, but she has a new pup, and a grandtoddler who are bonding fondly over these treats.

I have not actually baked this myself - I sent some to my two "grand-doggies" in Phoenix. My daughter did say it smelled pretty bad when she was mixing it up, but they were fine when they came out of the oven. The dogs LOVED the biscuits. They went for the KA biscuits over the others every time! I'll definitely be sending more, but as others have said, a larger size would be nice. These two dogs are rather large - not huge - so the buiscuits don't last long!

My mini schnauzer, Max, is crazy about these "cookies". I use the small bone cutter and they come out crunchy and thin. If you bring back the 5 lb bag Max will be in "dog heaven".

These are the best dog biscuits . . . at least according to my 2 dogs. After reading other reviews, please, please bring back the larger size. I have 2 large dogs weighing over 100 lbs. each and the dog biscuits only last a few days.

I use my breadmaker to mis this and it always turns out great. Occasional;ly have to add a bit of flour, but I have added other things as well, like whole oats, liver sausage, flax seed. My corgis gobble them up!

as soon as the liquid hit the mix my dogs nose went in the air as for me it smelled real bad. The dog loved them and I shared them with a friend for her dog and he loved them too. I also would like a bigger size to sell at the farmers market I belong to.

We had our lab do a taste test between these KAF biscuits and Milkbones (which she loves). Each time she goes for the KAF biscuit. I will be purchasing the mix again but do wish it came in a larger size.
