Wonderful! Finally my Black Devils Food cake is just that! Deep, dark, rich, moist.... The depth of flavor was unbelievable. One minor problem, though. The narrow, stiff paper bag was difficult to open and accessing the cocoa inside was an effort. I think I spilled more than I used. Please switch to the resealable plastic bags used for the Bensdorp. Also, a larger size would truly be appreciated (5lbs please...hint, hint). I've already ordered two more.

I used this cocoa in brownies and the brownies came out so dark and super chocolatey. Everyone loved them.

The double-dutch dark cocoa is excellent. The cocoa has an excellent chocolate flavor and is a deep rich color. I also recommend using the espresso powder to enhance the rich chocolate taste. I've used the national brand and the higher quality cocoas and KAF double-dutch dark cocoa if by far the best.

I have used this in conjunction with the sugar-free muffin mix and the sugar-free chocolate chips to make chocolate chocolate chip muffin tops. Very good

I was VERY disappointed with this cocoa. I love King Arthur flour and thought I'd try this cocoa, but it has very little chocolate taste although the color is like tar (almost black). It's weird, because I expect a very strong taste for the dark color. I'll stick to my Ghiraradelli cocoa.

I love this cocoa! After using this cocoa for3 years I ran out and had to buy a can of Hershey's at the store - no comparison. This cocoa is so rich and has so much more flavor.

I just recently tried this cocoa and love it. I am ordering my third bag this year already. Makes great brownies. Also, love the expresso powder.

This cocoa makes the best chocolate frosting. It has the BEST taste and using only 1/2 cup really gives it the perfect chocolate color.
