I highly recommend this pan (and I suggest you order three of them to accomodate the recipe that comes with each pan). My only caveat about this pan relates the the recipe instructions that come with it. The instructions say to fill the recesses in the pan to 2/3rd's full. I have found you get a nice uniformly shaped doughnut by filling the recess to HALF full. Otherwise the doughnut will rise slightly above the pan giving you less than a perfectly shaped doughnut.

I ordered this and recieved it in less than a week. I LOVE IT !!!!! I used the 2 reipes that came with the pan ..they both turned out great . Using the KA pastry flour makes an amazing difference. I can't wait to order the larger one. Jane Houston, Texas

Makes perfectly cute, mini doughnuts every time. Followed the suggestions to lightly grease the pan and each piece dropped out reliably. This is a fun size for the kiddies. Gonna purchase the regular sized pan next.
