I use this when making Alton Brown's Hot Chocolate Mix. As far as I know, this is the ONLY place to get Dried WHOLE Milk (as opposed to Non-Fat). I use a spoonful of the Hot Chocolate Mix in my coffee each morning! It's both a flavoring and a creamer.
