How is this different from the bakers dry milk?
Dried Whole Milk will reconstitute, Baker's Special will not. Please call us if you need assistance with ingredient selection. Frank @ KAF.

No instructions on package about how to substitute for whole milk -- if a recipe calls for a cup of milk, how much powder and how much water?
One cup of water and a quarter cup of milk powder will make 1 cup of milk. Molly@KAF

i've been looking everywhere to find whole dried milk that would be similar to what we have in europe..this works very well in my receipes for chocolate wafers and other desserts..i'm so glad i found it here! i just wish it came in a larger size.
