The product really worked for me. What I needed to remember was to let the dough rest before I started rolling it out. It doesn't spring back!

I BOUGHT THIS AND DIDN'T LIKE THE TASTE OF THE FINISHED PRODUCT. IT SEEMED TO CHANGE THE TAST OF THE DOUGH IN A SLIGHTLY UNPLEASANT WAY. I ALSO DIDN'T NOTICE MUCH IMPROVEMENT IN THE ROLLING OF THE DOUGH. I JUST FINISHED MAKING PEPPERONI ROLLS TODAY AND FOUND THAT THE DOUGH ROLLED ABOUT THE SAME WITHOUT THE EASY-ROLL DOUGH IMPROVER. THIS IS THE FIRST KING ARTHUR PRODUCT THAT I HAVEN'T THOUGHT WAS EXCELLENT. SORRY!

Absolutely necessary for easy to handle thin or medium crust pizza. Not cheap but it goes a very long way. If you are using the pizza blend flour, forget the recipe calling for 1T per cup of flour, a single tablespoon is all that is necessary to make large single pizza.

This iteam is pretty expensive, but it works exactly as advertised. Pizza dough and cinnamon roll dough roll out really easily with this! I use the minimum amount to make it last longer, but it is definitely worth buying if you make yeast doughs that need to be rolled out.
