I have been using this product for MANY years and I always have an extra can at the ready. It is a far superior product to those found in the grocery store. I don't get a gummy buildup and my pans and my baked good release perfectly, even from the most intricately designed pans.

The spray definitely works well but no matter how fine my mist is, my cakes always get a hard crust.

I am on my 5th or 6th can. I order it every time there is a free shipping offer. It's great for bread baking when I need to spray the dough before rising, and to spray my dough rising baskets. Each can holds a lot.

This is an updated review. Although I still stand behind this product, I feel I must tell you, this product has indeed darkened my wonderful KAF cookie sheet. Where the cookies have been placed are OK, but the surrounding areas are slowly turning a brownish bronze color. I am dissappointed and will no longer use this spray on any areas of my pans that are not covered by batter. This will create a bit more work but hopefully worth it because it does provide such a great non-stick surface. Alas, my cookie sheet had to learn this the hard way.

*whine* I LOVE this product, and when I lived in the Lower Forty-Eight, this was the ONLY spray I'd used. I can no longer get it because I now live in Alaska! Damnation! Like a bottle of perfume or a can of this stuff is going to blow up a plane. Good grief!! It's the plane's fuel tank that will be the culprit. We cannot even afford mail and cargo if we followed the FAA's rule of using separate planes for each. We're still fighting that one. Hopefully we can get this great product someday soon... So don't take this product for granted, folks. It's superb!

The reviews are right on the money, this is a great product. No sticking ever, and it sprays a much finer mist, less mess.
