I like the ingredients all together EXCEPT salt. it is too salty for me. I tried to take topping out as much as I could when I gave my 2-year daughter.

I love using this as a bread topping. The no-knead everything bread that uses this is excellent.

This is an excellent topping for breads and rolls! It tastes so great! Be sure to use an egg wash to keep everything stuck to the bread and watch it carefully so it doesn't burn.

There are no directions on how to use the product. Apply before or after baking? Need a binding ingredient? HOW DO YOU USE IT???????
I like to brush the bagels with an egg wash, then sprinkle the seeds on just before I pop them into the oven. Mary @ KAF

Delicious! Perfect blend for us. I tried this on homemade bagels this morning and they were the first ones to go. Can't wait to top French or Italian loaves with this.

Love this stuff! Use it for bagels; foccacia(focaccia?); breadsticks. It is salty, but in a good way -- like pretzel salt. Only suggestion I'd make is to store it in the freezer to avoid rancidity. Am on my second or third bag....

The garlic and onion are lovely, but this mix is way too salty. Lower the salt ratio to maybe three percent and it will be perfect.
