Deep, dark, rich brownies are just a few steps away with our easy mix.
- Make a deep-chocolate brownie, either fudgy or cake-type.
- Made with unbleached King Arthur Flour and a blend of three flavorful cocoas.
- Just add an egg, butter or vegetable oil, and water.
- Simply mix together, add your own chips or nuts (if desired), spoon into pan, and bake.

I made the cake version tonight ... I added some vanilla extract and melted some caramel candies with milk to dribble on top ... yummmm ... and so easy to put together!!

Absolutely fabulous brownie mix, it's the only one I use. Find the brownie spatula KAF sells too. It's a well made fantastic little tool that gets used for all sorts of kitchen tasks around here.

Super easy and delicious! Fold-in 1/2 cup of high quality chocolate chips to brownie cake batter. For a dessert that guests will rave about top 3? X 3? brownie with vanilla custard, fresh berries and whipped cream.

I have made these for parties in a 9 × 13 pan, baking for less time and watching so as not to over-bake. After trimming the crisp edges (which I love!), this made smaller, thinner brownies for cookie trays. The mix is excellent made as directed for a thick, moist, chewy brownie. We love it at my house.

These really are amazingly good. This mix is what hooked me, a proudly from-scratch baker, on having some KAF mixes on hand. (Other recommendations: Cinnamon Streusel coffeecake and Gingerbread Cookie Cake.)

Excellent and gets raves from friends etc. I usually add some walnuts and chocolate chips.
