Here at The Baker's Catalogue, we have to restrain ourselves from using Fiori di Sicilia in EVERYTHING!

- An all-natural combination of citrus and vanilla with a pleasingly floral aroma.
- Use about 1/2 teaspoon in a typical recipe for cookies, pound cake, pie, meringues, sweet bread, etc.
- Italians use it to scent their panettone and pandoro.
- Refrigerate after opening. And caution, don't spill it on the counter, please–it stains.

This stuff is the BEST. It is wonderful in everything sweet. I also simmer it on my stove with some water and it makes the house smell wonderful. Thank you for another GREAT product.

Wonderful orange-vanilla flavoring, just be careful how much you use. It would be helpful if this product was available in a dropper bottle--you literally only need one or two drops to flavor bread, muffins, or cookies.

YUMMAROONEY! I don't know what this stuff is made of, but it is delicious! I made the bread pudding recipe with dried cherries and used it & my hubby INHALED! it! Then I made the same & took it to a church dinner & got raves from the folks there! Wonderful product!

Be very careful using this flavor in your breads and cakes. A slip of the hand will make your bakings very citric and almost ruin the flavor.

I have used this wonderful stuff in cookies, cakes, whipped cream, etc. All love it! And can't figure out what the secret ingredient is!!

Fiori di Silicia added such an amazing flavor to my cream cheese sugar cookies! This will surely become my "secret ingredient" for cut-out sugar cookies. I'm not sure whether or not I want to share my secret with people who ask for the recipe :)

I love this stuff, but, I need an ingredient list for a number of reasons, can you tell us, is it all essential oil?? Possibility of nuts processed in the same place? A simple label view would be really helpful on a wide variety of your products .....is that possible? Thanks KAF, you always do your best to be the best.

If you like creamsicles, you HAVE to try this!!! I just made the Orange Chocolate Chip muffins (recipe on this site) and substitued the orange zest for this and they are delicious (and the house is smelling soooo good!!) This is my new favorite baking ingredient! I just wish it came in a bigger bottle!!! (HINT HINT KA!!!)
