I have only used SAF for at least the past ten years. My mom got me a bag of the Fleischmann's and I can certainly say it rises high! 2 of 3 of my Pain de Mie loaves have popped the top off of the pan, so I am adjusting the amount and rise time with this. Very pleased with it though.

wonderful yeast. this makes the best yeast breads as the loaves really rise very high!

This is my third time to order this product. I make pizza at least 3 times a month and the yeast is always perfect. I store the yeast in a peanut butter jar in the freezer and it works fine. It's also great for oatmeal bread and dinner rolls.

Finally made a great loaf of Italian bread! This is a wonderful product and I was amazed with the results. Shorter time in making dough and rising time was incredible. My bread had wonderful texure and great flavor! I had tried making a similar recipe a week ago (using 3pack Supermarket yeast) with disappointing results. Using the Fleischmann's Instant yeast this weekend made a huge difference - from mess to success! Thanks to Fleischmann's for making an easy to use product that I will be using from now on!
