You know, it amazes me that people will give a product a one star review because it's not as good or better than fresh produce, in this case limes. Fresh produce is always going to be better than a bottled product, that's a given. However, as someone who knows real key lime pie and has been eating it since childhood I feel this product is as close as you can get without growing your own tree which is, quite frankly, not likely to happen for most of us. This is a great product with wonderful taste. We use it in pies, on salads, in drinks, and anywhere we want a quick *convenient* (convenient, as in, I don't feel like growing trees and/or squeezing limes) way to get lime flavor. Don't let negative reviews from those with access to the real limes stop you from trying a great, convenient, and flavorful product.

I will never use another key lime juice again. My key lime pies have become the talk of the neighborhood for their taste and tartness. Excellent product!

Unfortunately, I found this juice to be all but tasteless and a complete waste. The key lime pie I made with it simply tasted like cream cheese. I am sorry this did not work out for you. If you give customer service a call at 800.827.6836, we would be happy to refund or exchange for another item.

If you want to make key lime pie you have to have this Floribbean Key Lime Juice. The best juice I have found. I use it sometimes to make my lime sauce for chicken or fish for a less puckery version of the sauce.

I grew up in Florida but never tasted "Key Lime Pie" (or what often passes for it) until I moved north. Needless to say, I didn't think much of it. My husband became a fan of Key Lime Pie after living in the Keys, and so I tried making Key Lime Pie as a surprise for him. I used the Floribbean juice, and he LOVED it. So much so, in fact, that I reluctantly gave Key Lime Pie another taste, and I loved it, too. This has become a favorite in our house.

I buy most all of my baking products from KA but have never reviewed a product. I made a key lime pie for Easter Sunday using the Floribbean Key Lime Juice. It was fantastic and so easy. My husband is from Florida and says it's the first K.L.pie he's had that reminds him of home!

I used this product and it is as good as any I have tried. Some of us don't live in Florida so it is impossible for us to try the "real thing". I am sure there are items grown in Calif. that can not be duplicated elsewhere. We all have to use products that are available. This I am sure is a good substitute opposed to flying to Floriday and picking the "real thing"

As a Floridian, who has had the real thing, I can only say this product is a poor imposter. The crime is it dares to call itself Key Lime juice. There is nothing authentic in its flavor. If you want to taste real Key Limes you will have to purchase a Key Lime tree and grow them yourself. Talk about a fresh taste, like you've never tasted before.
