Unfortunately, this key lime juice, as with any other bottled lime juices, simple isn't worth any price. As a baker in Key West FL, I am eager to search for products that potentially save time and effort. Here you would be much better advised to simple squeeze fresh persian lime juice than to try this as a stand in for key lime juice. The flavor and color are all wrong in comparison to fresh key lime juice or fresh persian lime juice. This is not the fault of KAF. Perhaps it is the oxidation that takes place in the process. If you want to boost your lime flavor, try the lime powder. But don't expect real key lime flavor from this product.

Excellent... This is the only Key Lime Juice I use to make my Key Lime Pie...along with the Boyajian Pure Lime Oil... They make the Best Key Lime Pie ever...

Wonderful fresh flavor, it's great in Limeade or anything when you need real lime flavor and don't have fresh limes.
