I love this sifter. I've had it for over a year now and I use it all of the time. It hasn't let me down at all. So far, this is the only sifter that I haven't been able to break within the first few weeks.

I bought this sifter thinking it would be super. After receiving it I discovering that the wire that is supposed to scrape across the mesh at the bottom when cranking so that the flour will be sifted - it did not touch the mesh. Thus, no flour being sifted. A second sifter was sent to me. It is just like the first one. The only way you can get flour to sift through the mesh is to shake the sifter. To say that I am disappointed is an understatement. The people who manufacture this sifter obviously do not do any "quality control". I would suggest that King Arthur Flour not sell this product until the manufacture gets with it and resolves this issue. Please give customer service a call and we would be happy to refund your purchase.

I bought this sifter thinking it would be super, but it wasn't even close. The rotating wire doesn't touch the mesh screen so cranking the handle to sift is useless. A real waste! I had a sifter that did the same thing and so I bought this sifter thinking it would really be great. The only way you can get the flour to sift through the mesh screen is to shake it. I am not happy with this purchase. It's really a huge disappointment.

I have looked high and low for a sifter where the inside part revolved like the one I used to have. Mine was from the 60's and unfortunately it finally fell apart a few years ago. All the ones I have found had that silly chamber between the sifter coils and the final screen. Lumps would get caught in there and there was no way to take it apart to clean. This one is awesome, a cup to sift to if needed and a non skid bottom. It would be nice if it had a handle but I love it anyway. Thanks.

I've never been a fan of flour sifters (still searching for the perfect one) and unfortunately this one is not it either. Wish it had a handle. There is no good way to hold it over your bowl as you sift. Lots of parts that are confusing.

Easy top use and not messy. Easier to get correct measurements. Easy clean-up and storage.
