I love this pan! It is so cute and is very easy to clean! I've baked quiche, turtle tarts, and key lime pie in it and everything turned out delicious!

Wish it was a little heavier metal.

I love this pan. I've made several tarts in it. As long as I use parchment paper with it, as I always do with any tart pan, & spray the sides the tart releases very easily cooks properly & is beautiful. I'm fully satisfied, although I could wish it (like everything else in life) was a little less expensive.

I have two that came at separate times, and both came in kind of tattered clear plastic bag and both had marred finishes on the flat plate, scratches, and what looked like fingerprints that were into the finish and wouldn't wash out. Now I have to say that I have also purchased the tinned "brioche" pans the large and 6 or 8 of the baby ones, which are also tinned steel, and they are beauties with nice mirrored finishes on every piece...a pleasure to use and obviously look as they were made with pride...so it's hard to understand what's up with these fluted tart pans if it's the same manuacturer. I hate to go thru the nuisance of having to re-box them up and all that, you know, especially when since these were bought at separate times, I'm likely to get similar replacements.
We're sorry to hear that you didn't care for the pans. Please give customer service a call and we will be happy to assist. MJR @ KAF

After use and proper cleaning and drying, I stacked them together and now can't get them apart. Any suggestions?
Turn the stack onto it's side. Then very gently tap and roll/rotate them on the counter top. The gentle vibration will loosen then up. Frank @ KAF.

Definitely a cheapie, overpriced, and shiny pans do not promote browning. Look for something better at this price: Calphalon tart pans for instance.
I am sorry that you do not enjoy this pan. If you purchased it from us, just return it and we will refund your money. Or if you need advice on using this style of tart pan give us a call on the Baker's Hot Line, we'll be happy to assist you. Frank @ KAF.

This item was rather "tinny". It was too expensive for the lack of quality. I made a pecan pie that was cooked well before the set time.
