Just the right shape and size for keeping the 5 minute Artisan bread dough in the refrigerator without taking up too much room. Also a good backup for regular rising bucket. I probably could use at least one more!

I've been using this container for a couple of weeks now and will order the 4 quart version soon. Best storage for flour I've ever used. Perfectly proportioned for spooning out flour and stackable for storage in our small pantry. Highly recommended!
