i used the recipe from the instructions--made sticky buns and a small loaf. the buns were okay but the loaf, not eaten ´till the 3rd, day was superb- So, let your loaf age to get the most out of LA-4.

I called to ask the difference between LA-2 and LA-4 and was told that LA-2 (Pain de Campagne) is milder than LA-4 (this item). I haven't tried it yet, but I thought this information would be useful to others.
