I agree, these are the best apricot preserves I've ever tasted. I love the large pieces of apricots. I could just eat it with a fork! But we've been enjoying it on toast and English muffins. Although I haven't tried it yet, I plan to puree the preserves a bit and use it as a filling for a layer cake. Well, that about sums it up for me. I'm off to order more!
