It was GREAT! Just like Italy!

Very close to what I remember from Italy. I add a bit more fruit and chestnuts, but otherwise it's a great mix. It's light and fluffy just like the best panettone from Italy.

I found the finished product to be dry and unflavorful.

Made these with the paper panettone pans. Thought I might have trouble with the paper pans, but, they worked perfectly. Great flavor, and, just plain yummy.

I purchased two of these last year and was really pleased with them This year I purchased 4 so I would not run out! I hope you haven't changed anything in the mix because this is a spectacular bread. We like it toasted and makes great bread pudding, if you have any remaining. Easy to make,However, when I am in a hurry and hungry for panettone, I make your panettone muffins - they are to die for!

I make the mini pannettones every Christmas. Easy to make and the presentation is fabulous. I even freeze a few minis. They freeze well, and taste and texture is like freshly baked.

This mix is out of this world. I have a daughter-in-law who is Italian and she wants the recipe - guess I will have to give her a box - ha. This is going to be my special bread for birthdays, holidays, etc. It is delicious and I was very surprised at how easy it is to make. There is very little work involved. I used the KA panettone papers - they are great! I let my bread machine do the kneading. The loaf baked up perfect! I will be back for more - why fool around making this the old way when this way is so easy!

First, this mix takes a long, long time to prepare because of the required risings. Start early. Stickiness was not a problem with my DeLonghi stand mixer. Had no trouble removing from mixer paddle. Felt enclosed fruit/nut mix was too skimpy; and, finished product was too dry and crumbly when slicing time came even with a serrated bread knife. Iced with an almond icing which looked great with drippings down sides of panettone.

Made the dough in the bread machine on the dough setting. The dough came out very soft but not sticky and the final panettone was very good. I like that it is not as sweet as the commercial ones.
