This is a GREAT pan! It will release perfectly every time if you spray it with Baker's Joy or Pam w/flour. I love the perfect slices.

I love the pan. I have used many Bundt pans in years of baking and cake decorating. This is my favorite bar none. Not so much for the non-stick feature, although that worked for me. Every time I've used it, the cake has baked to perfection with a wonderful crust. No overbrowning.

I bought this pan to bake a Christmas Cranberry Cake from Gourmet magazine. The pan worked beyond my expectations. I have baked this cake several times (it's a hit) and everytime with fresh cranberries, dried cranberries, and nuts it has never stuck in the pan. The pan is sturdy with a substantial weight; it will not bend or dent. I expect it to be apart of my kitchen for years to come. The flutes are very attractive too!

it is good looking and sturdy. But the whole reason I bought this was for its claim to be non-stick. I used it twice and it stuck horribly both times.
