This is some of the best crystallized ginger I have ever had, but at the price these run there should not be as many malformed gingerpeople as there are. I like to use these to top the KAF lemon-ginger scone mix, and about 40% of them are missing arms and/or legs. This is obviously a production problem, not a packing problem, and I can understand why this occurs, but this is a very high price for very good crystallized ginger that is only mostly shaped like gingerbread men.
