If you like your crystalized ginger with a kick, this is it. The nuggets I usually buy from another vendor are much milder. I took a bite and WOW!. I shared the bag with my cousin who thinks they're great.

These Ginget Slices are the Best.!!! By far much thicker than the ones you can find at local grocery stores....a little bit hotter, but Wonderful!!!

I love the ginger slices and eat them like candy. I have bought ginger slices at the health food store and local produce store. They are not as tender and are too hot to eat. I just wish the King Arthur ginger slices weren't as expensive and also I wish they came in a larger quantity.

I have been buying this product from KAF for several years. I have purchased ginger slices in health food stores and in supermarkets and find these from KAF to be much better. Absolutely tops for freshness and flavor. I enjoy eating them right out of the bag so I can't comment on how they are in baked goods.
