Without a doubt, the best Gingerbread Cake I've ever made or tasted, highly recommend...and I'm buying more...

This was the BEST gingerbread ever. We made it using a little crystallized ginger and served it with homemade lemon curd and freshly whipped cream. I don't think a better winter dessert could be had.

Fabulous, VERY SPICY flavor. I added some chopped crystallized ginger (made as a cake), and it was scrumptious.
