It adds the touch that makes cookies special. When I send cookies to my grandsons, I know they will get there looking great and tasting great.

This sugar is the secret to my special baking successes. People are always amazed at how wonderful all my frostings taste... Well.. it's this sugar without cornstarch! The lack of starch gives the food a clean sweet taste - no raw taste- that you just can't beat. I wish it wasn't so expensive though or that they made a 'value size' cause I'd buy it in a big bag. Don't bother trying to grind sugar this fine, I did it already and it still wasn't powery enough- and I darn near ruined by Cuisinart!

I've never had much luck with glaze made from confectioners sugar (it always turns out runny!). So this year when I made holiday sugar cookies, I used the glazing sugar to make the glaze, which I tinted pastel green and I flavored with a drop of peppermint extract. Before the glaze dried, I sprinkled the cookies with chopped red and green chocolate mints. The cookies looked beautiful, they didn't stick together when I layered them in gift baskets, and the glaze was melt-in-your-mouth yummy. They got rave reviews, and the glaze was the key!

Love this glaze. Easy to mix just what you need and no more cookies sticking together from melting glaze.

I made russian tea cakes and on a whim decided to replace the regular confectioner's sugar with this product. The taste was amazing. A few cookies were still warm and the glaze became melty but I put them in the fridge and they hardened. When I put them in my christmas tins I told my teenage daughter I was worried about the ones that melted a bit. Her comment was, "Are you crazy? These are amazing!" I've since had requests from the friends I gifted them with when I went to holiday gatherings for more. Changing to this product was key in setting my tea cakes apart this season. Thanks King Arthur!
