I got the cookbook as I started expanding my baking to gluten free products and I was pleasantly surprised by the wide range of basic recipes it included. I may get into something for elaborate later, but for now, this is a great product for a beginner gluten free baker.

I use my Gluten Free Baking Classics Cookbook all the time. I have made many of the recipes and have not been disappointed. NOT ONCE! My husband (who is not gluten intolerant) asks me to only make the chocolate chip cookies from this cookbook.

Although I have not used very many recipes form this book, I like the basic mix recipes, and the variety of recipes. For those who need to be gluten free, finding quality baked goods is a treat.

Really good cookbook for those gluten free who are missing baked goods. It is a bit of work to use her mixes of flour but they certainly do work and taste the most like baked goods made with traditional flour of anything I have had yet. Bannana bread was fabulous and hamburger buns worked great!

This book has become my cooking bible! I trust in every word written. I have made most recipes for breads, cookies, coffee breads, etc. It is great and easy to follow! I have recommended it more than once!

The author uses her own mixture of gluten-free flours. If you are willing to do this extra step, it's a very good guide. If you wish to use one of the commercially available flours, such as the King Arthur GF Flour, the book is not so useful.

Marvelous book.Made the brownies and lemon squares. No one knew they were gf. One thing though, for lemon squares the crust was too much for an 8 inch pan so next time I will use a larger pan(12x7 1/2) and double the filling. Next will be pie crust.

I seldom write a review but, as it happens, I had already purchased Ms. Roberts book and made the coconut cake. It was fabulous, perfect crumb and moist. I can't imagine how good her recipes will turn out when using KA gf products. I've made other recipes from her book and they have been outstanding.

This is the best GF cookbook out there. Ms. Roberts use of superfine ground brown rice flour, eliminates the gritty taste, which most prepackaged GF products produce. The recipes are easy to follow, and similar to the ones you are used to using. This book will also help you adjust your old recipes into new, good tasting GF versions. If you are new to GF cooking, buy this one first!
