Egg Replacement Tips: We recommend using the flax egg replacer . We tried a commercial egg replacer, and our recipe based on starches, but found the flax gel worked the best, plus you get the added benefit of flax. The commercial egg replacer and the starch based recipe was slightly more dense. I have been an avid baker for years, and was rocked on my heels when my husband and son tested as gluten intolerant. I tried lots of recipes, mixes, etc; and was disappointed every time-- until I found this mix. I made it at Thanksgiving for our "no gluten" folks, and a nice potato bread for the others. Everyone kept eating the KA GF bread, and finally my son told everyone to back off; they could go eat the other kind. They said, "But it's so good! I can't believe it's gluten free!". It's a family favorite now.

This tastes better than store-bought GF bread. And I like to bake my own breads. The mix makes it easy to make. Since I need to avoid eggs, I used egg-replacer and added some fresh east. The result was delicious bread which makes my gluten-free diet easier to follow. Thanks for offering this product.

Easy to make and a great value. Any pre-made gluten free bread I have ever purchased is small in slice size and number of slices, and quite expensive. Tastes great too!

This bread baked up well, and was indeed moist and tasty. It kept very well at room temperature for several days, staying just as moist as it was when first baked.

This is an awesome GF bread! While it isn't an artisan bread or crusty French, it makes a satisfying version of a white bread. I mix in a little oatmeal and or King Arthur Flour GF whole grain flour and it works well.

This makes the best gluten free sandwich bread. My gluten eating friends even love it!

We love this product! I split the mix into two loafs and bake it in the french bread pan. It comes out great! Even my gluten loving son eats almost a whole loaf.

This bread is both well tasting and easy to make. Having multiple boxes elminates the need to plan well ahead.

So much better than store-bought GF bread. Moist. Stays fresh when wrapped and refrigerated. Doesn't crumble. Love it!

I have tried many bread mixes during the 10 years that I have been on a gluten-free diet and this the best I have ever tasted. The smells brought me back in time to my grandmother's kitchen.
