Gluten-Free Pizza Crust Mix

King Arthur Flour is proud to introduce the very best gluten-free pizza crust mix you’ll ever bake.

  • Certified Gluten-Free™ by the non-profit Gluten-Free Certification Organization (GFCO), a program of the Gluten Intolerance Group (GIG®).
  • Just beat in 3 eggs, vegetable oil, water, and yeast (included). Divide in half, and pat into pans. Let rise, quickly pre-bake the crust, add your favorite toppings, finish baking, and enjoy.
  • Another benefit: we’ve worked hard to ensure that pizza crust made from our mix will stay fresher longer than pizza crust made from other mixes.
  • Wheat-free, soy-free, nut-free mix is packed in a dedicated gluten-free facility.
  • Kosher.
  • 18-ounce mix makes two 12” thin-crust pizzas.
  • Note: You must use an electric hand mixer or electric stand mixer to make this mix.
Egg Replacement Tips: Both the flax egg replacer , and the starch egg replacer worked well with our GF pizza crust mix.

This pizza crust came out beautiful. Far, far better in taste, texture, everything than any other mix or from scratch recipe I've used (which is a lot.) The directions sound long and complicated, but were really easy.

YUMMO! I love thick crust pizza and this does the job. I make it, cut it up, freeze it and this crust holds up to all of that. After spending money on other mixes that were just awful I have found heaven!

this worked great for me. enough dough for two 15x10 jelly roll pans. one i saved in the freezer after the 1st bake for later. and topped the other one for the second half of the bake time. i had no trouble using the frozen one, i did defrost it before topping and baking. the sticky wet dough works best with lots of olive oil on your hands when you spread it out, in the pans. best gluten free i have ever had.

I let this dough rise in the oven set at 170ºF both times and it turned out great! My family loved it and I am the only one that is gluten-free. My husband said it was the best pizza he has had!! Will definitely make this again. 3 more boxes in the pantry.

I was so very excited to try this pizza crust. The instructions took a long time (30 min) and another (30 min) baking and another baking. But the pizza came out VERY thick! It was light, but reminded us of eating sponge cake with toppings. I was very disappointed.... & I still have 1 more box.

We're sorry this wasn't what you expected, please call us at 800-827-6836 for a refund.

I rated this item a 3 star based on the length of time it took me to make pizza. It took FOREVER and I would never bother with it again. The mix tasted fine, but was not worth the work involved. I might as well make crust from scratch.

Easy and quick pizza. Works really well with flaxseed and water as an egg replacer. We only let it rise once though. We just put it on the pan we want it on, let it rise and then bake it.

For gluten free this pizza crust is the best I have tried yet. Almost like the real thing. It was a little difficult to work with but anyone baking gluten free is probably used to that already.

Excellent quality. I followed the directions about using oil to spread out the dough, which is very soft, and it worked. We only eat one pizza for a meal and I had made the whole package of mix. I had spread out the 2nd half of dough on a smaller pizza pan so I covered it with a little brown sugar, butter, and cinnamon. Rolled it up carefully using oil on the pan to help with the rolling process and made cinnamon rolls. They were delicious, the family loved them. I put them in a regular pan to bake.

I bought this for my niece who is allergic to wheat. I made this pizza crust for her, and she loved it! She has tried many different kinds of crusts, but this was by far her favorite, and it tasted like a "real" NY pizza to her. The dough was very moist and I found it hard to handle, quite honestly, I was not sure how it would turn out. But, it baked up beautifully and tasted wonderful! Thanks again KAF, and you made me a hero to my niece!
