A fun beautiful decoating sugar for a golden anniversary party cake.

This sugars does add the final touches to frostings on cupcakes and cakes.....but, I would love it if it were one grade finer almost like a fine ,fine sand or fine, fine flake?

The colors were beautiful in my sugars. I wish there were one grade finer for my king cake.

I bought silver and gold sugar for decorating cookies and was disappointed in both, they were more gray and a dirty yellow color to me. Sorry KAF! Perhaps the larger crystals (gold) would of worked better
