Pure Vermont maple
The folks at Highland Sugarworks in Websterville, Vermont, provide us with their Grade B Pure Vermont Maple Syrup, judged #1 in a Cook's Illustrated taste-off. The assertive flavor of Grade B -- a deep-brown, concentrated essence of maple -- makes Grade A pale by comparison. This syrup is ideal both for baking and as a condiment. In 1-pint glass bottle.

I made maple fudge with this syrup and it is wonderful!! Just as good on pancakes!

This Grade B Maple is excellent! Most of us were brought up to think of an A being better than a B but if you really love Maple flavor this is 100% Pure Maple. Grade B is darker, has more flavor and works well on anything. It actually can be harder to find. I stopped buying the extra fancy Amber years ago after trying this product. There is nothing second rate about this syrup. If you love Maple then you won't regret trying this.
