I made the mini cheesecake with KAF Graham Cracker Crust Mix. Excellent! This was so easy to do. This mix really added to the taste of the cheesecake. Making it again for our Coffee Club in November.

Easy to use and delicious. Made KF's Coconut Creme Pie with the crust mix and the pie was awesome. The crust was a bit on the sweet side...which was fine for my family members.

Graham cracker crusts are so simple to make if you have a food processor. If not, this is a handy, if expensive way to come by it. It was also, perhaps, a little sweet, and the edges didn't stay firm while the pie was being sliced. Still, it was OK.
